Worm Gear Motor

The worm gear reduction motor can obtain a large transmission ratio by using a worm gear, and is in line contact with the compact two-wheel meshing tooth surface of the crossed-axis helical gear mechanism, and its bearing capacity is much higher than that of the crossed-axis helical gear mechanism, and the worm drive is equivalent to a screw transmission. For multi-tooth meshing transmission, the transmission is stable, the noise is small, and it has self-locking. When the lead angle of the worm is smaller than the equivalent friction angle between the meshing teeth, the mechanism has self-locking property, and the reverse self-locking can be realized, that is, the worm wheel can only be driven by the worm, and the worm can not be driven by the worm wheel.
