It is suitable for the repair of various types of grinding wheels for hob relief grinding, including gear hobs (standard, pre grinding, and pre shaving), sprocket hobs, synchronous pulley hobs, and forming milling cutters.
Applicable scope 1, Involute gear hob: Types: gear hobs, pre shaving hobs, pre grinding hobs, involute spline hobs, etc. Range: Module (m0.8~m8) 2, Non involute hob: Types: rectangular flower silver hob, triangular spline hob, sprocket hob, pulley hob, touch hob, single arc hob, double arc hob, etc. Scope: Full tooth depth less than 20mm 3, Forming milling cutter: Types: involute gear milling cutters, convex concave semi-circular milling cutters, lock end milling cutters, blade root milling cutters, wheel slot milling cutters, spline milling cutters and other complex tooth profile milling cutters. Scope: Full tooth depth less than 20mm, width less than 50mm.
