When the self-grinding points on the auger show excessive wear after drilling, it is important to replace them. 4. Check the oil level after every 50 hours of operation. Use EP90 lubricant or equivalent and fill to the oil level plug. Always use the same type of replacement lubricant. 5. In the working season, the universal joint should be lubricated with chassis lubricating oil once a week. At the beginning of each season, lubricate the sliding drive shaft components with molybdenum grease. 6. Remove the column hole auger from the gearbox output shaft. 7. Remove the PTO drive shaft from the transmission input shaft of the bored pile excavator.
