5V Series Cast Iron Five-Groove Sheaves with Split Taper Bushings for "5V" Belts

5V series five groove tapered bushing pulley is applicable to 5V, 5VX, 5V belt and 5VX belt. They range in diameter from 4.60 "to 50.0". According to the pulley size, they use Q2, R1, S1 or U1 split taper bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our five groove 5V split taper pulleys are made of high strength grade 35 cast iron, coated with phosphate coating and anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure smooth operation of the machine.

Supporting 5V, 5VX series V belt (1) 5V series V-belt Classic 5V series V-belts have a top width of 0.63 ", a thickness of 0.53", and an angle of 38 °. In addition, the 5V V-belt is one of the oldest V-belts in the industry. Because of their long-term success and economic operation, they are also one of the most widely used belt series in the industry. The high-quality 5V series v-belts we provide are manufactured according to ISO 9001 specifications. They are oil and heat resistant and can be directly interchanged with other brands. They are composed of natural rubber compound and polyester rope, and are covered with a mixture of cotton and polyester, with high durability. Do not use an extension on the wrench handle; Do not allow the sprocket or parts to contact the bushing flange.

Removal of separation cone bushing 1. Loosen and remove the cap screws. 2. Insert the cap screw into the threaded removal hole. 3. Tighten the inserted screw until the sprocket or other part type is loose on the shaft. 4. Remove the sprocket/part type from the shaft.
