It is consist of a self-locking trapezoidal screw and nut, and a spiral bevel gear gearbox. One turn of hand wheel travels 12mm, load capacity 100kg, lifting screw diameter 30mm, with 2-start lifting screw, screw pitch 12mm, bevel gear ratio 1:1, stroke 300 mm, with 200 mm diameter cast iron hand wheel, upright installation, travelling nut rotating screw design, double input shafts. The quick lifting screw jack uses of a spiral-toothed bevel gear and self-locking trapezoidal screw. Providing higher travel speeds when manually operated bevel gear jack with crank handles. Bevel gear jacks use the same trapezoidal or acme screws used in machined screw jacks to move the load. In keeping with their name, however, bevel gear jacks use bevel gears inside the housing instead of worm gearing. Bevel gears are more efficient than worm gearing and they have lower ratios that result in higher speeds and travel rates. Typically, if manual operation a screw jack, the bevel gear jacks maintain self-locking characteristics while providing higher travel speeds.

In order to precise position display of the travel length, the worm shaft adds a digital position indicator which measures the rotation and display a corresponding position in a counter window. There are three sizes position indicators: 04 series position indicator 4 numbers with 14mm hollow shaft, 09 series position indicator 5 numbers with 20mm hollow shaft, 10 series position indicator 5 numbers with 25mm or 30mm hollow shaft. Note: inapplicable motorized screw jacks.
