10B Gripbelt Sheaves with Split Taper Bushings for Use with All "A" and "B" Section Belts

10B series pulleys are used for A, AX, AA, 4L, B, BX, BB, and 5L v-belts with diameters ranging from 5.75 "to 38.35". Depending on the pulley size, they are used with Q2, R2 or U0 tapered bushes, which we also have in stock. Our ten groove 10B split tapered bushing pulleys are mostly made of high strength grade 35 cast iron, coated with phosphate, and coated with anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure smooth operation of the machine.

V-pulley for tapered bushing Our premium V-pulleys are made of grey cast iron according to DIN 2211/2217 or ISO 4183 and can be used for cylindrical bores and tapered clamping bushes. The tapered bushing system provides a simple, economical, and flexible hub connection variant. Because the dimensions of the tapered bushing are internationally standardized, the bore diameter can be changed quickly and easily from stock. According to DIN ISO 21940 (old version DIN ISO 1940), all tapered pulleys are balanced according to the standard, and the balance mass is at least G16. For high speed or special requirements, the pulley can also be balanced in a higher balance class G6.3 or G2.5 according to the requirements.
