2.5t Manual Crank Screw Jack Table Lift

2.5t manual crank screw jack table lift for industrial vintage cast iron crank dining crank table base. Its features such as hand wheel screw jack with 2.5 ton capacity, upright installation, translating screw configuration, gear ratios 1/6 (one rpm input travel length 2 mm), 30mm diameter ACME screw and 12mm(2P) screw leads(pitch) as standard, stroke 300mm(12"), top plate(flange) end fittings, two input shafts, attached handwheel 200mm(8") or 300mm(12") diameter, couplings and drive shafts.

A hand wheel is a convenient solution for manually operating a jack when using machine screw jacks in intermittent positioning applications. Hand wheels are available in a range of diameters from 5 to 16 inches and can be adapted for use on jacks up to the 20 tons capacity model.
NOTE: Hand wheels do not include a brake and therefore are not for use with ball screw jacks. When using hand wheels with a jack that can back drive (12:1 and lower) an additional locking mechanism may be required to prevent "creep".
